1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall bear the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the np999 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the np999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the np999 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The np999 Platform is strictly accessible to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. np999 reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) np999 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Accurate Information. When registering on np999, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. np999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

3.4 Registration Restrictions. np999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The applicant is located in or is a resident of a Restricted Territory;
• The applicant has previously had an np999 Account suspended or terminated for cause;
• The applicant is an employee, director, officer, or agent of np999 or any affiliated entity;
• np999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that registration is being attempted for fraudulent purposes.

4 Account Security

4.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your np999 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify np999 immediately upon becoming aware — or upon suspecting — that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. np999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

4.3 Shared Devices. If you access np999 from a shared or public device, you must ensure that you log out of your Account fully upon completing each session. np999 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from use of shared devices.

4.4 Security Monitoring. np999 employs automated and manual security monitoring to detect unusual account activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, np999 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation. Players will be notified and given an opportunity to verify their identity before any permanent action is taken.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Methods. np999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). np999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the np999 Platform. These limits are subject to change at np999's discretion without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's np999 Account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. np999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, network outages, or banking institution processing times.

5.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit on np999, you represent and warrant that the funds you are depositing are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used. np999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from your np999 Account are subject to the completion of KYC verification. np999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity verification has been completed. Players who have received bonuses must fulfil all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.

6.2 Processing Times. np999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the payment method selected and the processing times of the relevant financial institution. np999 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and is a standard condition applied by all reputable gaming platforms.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the np999 Account management section. np999 reserves the right to implement enhanced withdrawal review processes for large withdrawal requests.

6.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. np999 reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts, as notified to affected Players by email prior to the commencement of such charges.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the np999 Platform are subject to these general bonus terms and to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a Player's np999 Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. np999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other conduct that np999 reasonably considers to be an exploitation of its promotional offering. Where bonus abuse is identified, np999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings and to terminate the Player's Account.

7.4 Promotion Modification. np999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced fulfilment of the applicable Wagering Requirement will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete such fulfilment before any promotional modification takes effect.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on np999 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. np999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion.

8.2 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds, market data, or game information — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — np999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. np999 shall not be required to honour bets accepted under manifestly incorrect conditions.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to the live odds and markets displayed on the np999 Platform at the time of bet placement. Due to the fast-moving nature of live sports events, there may be a delay between a match event occurring and the corresponding market update. np999 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined.

8.4 Match Integrity. np999 is committed to the integrity of sporting events. Where there is credible evidence that a sporting event has been subject to match-fixing or corrupt activity, np999 reserves the right to void all bets on the affected event and to cooperate fully with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the np999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Creating or operating more than one np999 Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the np999 Platform;
• Accessing np999 from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the np999 Platform without authorisation;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward np999 staff or other Players via Live Chat or any other communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the np999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and audio-visual material — is the property of np999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Licence to Use. np999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content.

10.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the np999 Platform without the express prior written consent of np999.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Commitment. np999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform offers a range of player protection tools designed to support Players in managing their gaming activity safely and within their means.

11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all np999 Players and can be activated at any time via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits — Set caps on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — Configure automatic session reminders or enforced session time-outs;
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic notifications of your net session result while playing;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your Account where you feel your gaming is causing harm.

11.3 Mandatory Restrictions. Where np999 identifies indicators of problem gambling — including excessive session lengths, rapid loss patterns, or requests for limit increases shortly after setting limits — np999's compliance team may impose account restrictions on a precautionary basis. Players will be notified of any such action.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability. np999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or data loss. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. np999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond np999's reasonable control.

12.2 Financial Losses. np999 shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from bets, wagers, or gaming activity. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account.

12.3 Third-Party Services. The np999 Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers. np999 shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, error, or inaccuracy caused by a third-party service provider, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.4 Force Majeure. np999 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond np999's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of war.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by np999. np999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where np999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to np999.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a Player Account for cause, np999 may, at its discretion, withhold some or all of the Account Balance where that Balance is reasonably suspected to be the product of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where Account termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, np999 will return the net real-money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method.

13.3 Termination by Player. Players may request closure of their np999 Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14 Amendments

np999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, np999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the np999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 above.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which np999 holds its operating authorisation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to local laws and regulations that vary by jurisdiction. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the np999 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. np999 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
